TBI LITIGATION SUPPORT
Providing 20/20 clarity to unclear TBI claims
Providing objective, quantifiable assessments of Traumatic Brain Injuries; backed by two decades of research.
Objective & Quantifiable Data
We believe that any litigation involving life-altering injuries like TBI requires evidence of the highest caliber in order to provide justice. We offer expert witness testimony along with objective, quantifiable, and repeatable data to TBI cases that have historically relied on evidence that is qualitative, subjective, and often speculative.
Novel Technology
Through two decades of in-depth human research on the neurophysiological "wiring" of eye movements, we have developed a novel, patented technology capable of supporting or refuting the presence or history of TBI with very high accuracy.
Broad availability across the United States
We are able to rapidly schedule and record a subject's eye movement patterns anywhere across the United States by leveraging a cloud-connected, nation-wide network of devices through a partnership with RightEye. Building off of this network, we can rapidly provide an expert opinion of a subject's TBI status anywhere in the country without incurring travel costs, and often with a 24 hour turn around time.
Meet the Expert Witness
George Gitchel, Ph.D. is personally responsible for the research and development of a novel technique capable of differentially diagnosing over 30 neurological disorders with accuracy considerably better than a specialist clinician. This research, conducted at Veterans Affairs, included thousands of subjects with various severity of TBI, and is capable of classifying and stratifying those injuries to a very high degree.
He holds a patent on this technology which was also granted FDA Breakthrough Device designation. Virginia Commonwealth University named him "Inventor of the Year" in 2019 for this work. Additionally, the Federal Labs Consoritum (FLC) which oversees all research conducted within federal government laboratories honored him with the 2022 Impact Award; their highest honor. In the 40+ year history of FLC, this award was the first (and as of 2024, only) time that FLC has ever honored a lab within the Department of Veterans Affairs.
